Short bio

Eryin joined Andrea’s group as a postdoc in Sep, 2017. He is interested in investigating the light-induced superconductivity in organic superconductor using ultrafast techniques. To this end, he is trying to combine molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) method with ultrafast techniques developed in this group.

Eryin received his PHD in physics from Tsinghua University in July, 2017 working in Shuyun Zhou group (http://info.phys.tsinghua.edu.cn/zhou/). There, he utilized angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) and nanospot ARPES to study the novel interfacial phenomena in 2D material heterostructures, including Bi2Se3/BSCCO and Graphene/h-BN. Meanwhile, he used MBE to grow thin-film samples.
